Program Fee Schedule and Disclosures

$35.00 per Individual to cover the cost of a triple merged credit report and fee is collected at the time of counseling, when the credit report is issued;

$30.00 per Individual for the 8-hour, certificate Homebuyer Workshop, to cover cost of materials, fee is collected upon confirmation of registration;

TVHOC credit report and material Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE; Please Register for classes online or by calling TVHOC; upon registering for a workshop, mail or deliver TVHOC enrollment fee to: 141 N. Livermore Ave, Livermore, CA 94550;

Rental Application Processing & Below Market Rate applicants: There may be an additional fee for BMR application processing, depending upon the development or project;

Please note TVHOC does not provide lunches at workshops, and so it is suggested that you bring a lunch or snack for the break times, there are also several places to dine in the surrounding areas;

TVHOC will waive program fees for clients that cannot afford to pay the fees and where the fees propose a hardship.
