How To Begin The Process
Homeownership Program- Currently accepting Registrations for January 2010 Orientations and Home Buyer Classes
Family Stability and Home Linkage Program- See information Below.
Step 1: Register online at www.tvhoc.org to attend an Orientation Session
Step 2: You will meet privately with a Family Stability Counselor to assess your needs and develop a plan outlining the steps to meet those needs.
- Enroll in Family Stability and Home Linkage Program
- Financial Literacy Class
- Credit and Budget Assessment
Step 3: Once you have completed steps 1-2, and you if you are mortgage ready, we will refer you to our Homeownership Counselor and assist you throughout the homeownership process.
Step 4: We will assist you in reviewing documents and will provide education and counseling throughout your entire home purchase process.
