Services

The Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center(TVHOC) Family Stability and Home Linkage Program's primary focus on the Tri-Valley region, which is comprised of the Cities of Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton and San Ramon, and the Town of Danville to provide the residents of these communities with financial and housing counseling and education.

Through education and case management, the programs assist households to work towards achieving self-sufficiency through financial education, affordable housing and savings; and work with those interested in becoming eligible to possibly achieve the dream of home ownership:

• Financial Counseling and Financial Fitness Workshops (Budget, Credit and Savings)
• Life Skills and Workforce Development Assistance
• Referral Guide to the Tri-Valley's Affordable Rentals
• Free Income Tax Preparation/E-File with a IRS Certified Preparer
• Pre and Post Purchase One-on-One Counseling
• 8-Hour Homebuyer Education Certificate Workshop
• Linkage to local Below Market Rate/Affordable housing programs (City sponsored projects)
• Referral to Fair Housing Organizations for counseling and educational workshops
• Tri-Valley Region Down Payment Assistance Programs Information (City sponsored programs) 
• Early Delinquency and Pre Foreclosure Prevention Counseling and Education ( Free Loss Mitigation/Loan Modification/Document Preparation)
• Post Purchase Education: Protecting and Preserving Homeownership
